Our core capabilities include welding of Ultra-high Purity gas lines, vacuum weldments, tube bending and assembly. MDC SemiSystems' San Jose, California facility has 15,000 ft2 of manufacturing area, with a 2200 ft2 Class 100 clean room for ultra high purity welding and assembly, an 1800 ft2 Class 10,000 area for assemblies and manual TIG welding, CNC and manual tube bending, and a machine shop.
